1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 99kopi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service available at 99kopi.cam. This Agreement governs the entirety of your relationship with the Platform, including account registration, access to games, placement of bets, use of promotions, processing of payments, and all associated services.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you affirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any amount of real money placed on a game outcome, sports event, or other eligible wagering activity available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by the Platform that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which 99kopi verifies the identity, age, and address of a User.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary mechanism by which a User may request temporary or permanent restriction of their Account access.
• "Platform" means the 99kopi website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at 99kopi.cam.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other party.
3. You are not a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or affiliate of 99kopi or any of its related entities.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
6. You are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into binding contracts.
7. The funds you deposit originate from lawful sources and are beneficially owned by you.

99kopi reserves the right to request documentation confirming any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obliged to keep this information up to date. Any Account opened with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.

4.1 Identity Verification Documents

Prior to processing a withdrawal, and at any point deemed necessary by 99kopi for compliance purposes, Users may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill (TNB, Syabas, or TM), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the past three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph of the User holding their identity document clearly visible next to their face.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of the relevant e-wallet or bank account showing the User's registered name.

4.2 Verification Processing

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard business periods. 99kopi may require additional documentation or clarification in complex cases, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in Account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure:

• You may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You agree to notify 99kopi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that previous winnings are not indicative of future results.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, as an adult player aged 21 and above.
• You must not attempt to use any software, system, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to your 99kopi Account must be made using supported and approved payment methods. Current supported channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT — TRC20 network), and Litecoin (LTC).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits made via bank transfer or FPX are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes, subject to the processing schedule of the respective bank.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are generally processed instantly.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• All deposited funds must originate from accounts or instruments registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• 99kopi does not accept deposits that are intended to be held temporarily without wagering activity.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, account review, and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. 99kopi processes withdrawals through the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless the Account balance falls below this threshold.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method: e-wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days.
• 99kopi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for withdrawals above a specified threshold, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals may be declined or held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Funds associated with unmet wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available by 99kopi are subject to specific terms that form part of this Agreement. General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise include the following:

• Each eligible User may claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus funds — typically between RM 250 and RM 500 per round or bet. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary: slot games generally contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute 10%–20%.
• Bonuses carry an expiry window — generally 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. Bonuses not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• 99kopi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering activity, or exploitation of technical errors, may result in cancellation of bonuses and permanent Account closure.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the 99kopi Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Accidental bets cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a bet, 99kopi reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts.
• Odds and game outcomes are generated or determined by licensed third-party systems and are not subject to manipulation by 99kopi or the Player.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or competition authority for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and all other covered events.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change without notice up to the point of bet confirmation.
• Palpable errors in odds — including manifestly incorrect lines — may be voided by 99kopi at its discretion, regardless of the bet having been accepted by the system.

10. Responsible Gambling

99kopi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Users are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session limits through their Account settings. The following tools are made available to all eligible account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit.
• Session Limits: Define the maximum duration of a single playing session.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily deactivate your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent suspension of your Account. Self-exclusion requests once processed cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or bonus structures in bad faith.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of payment transactions after wagering has taken place.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 99kopi or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 99kopi.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99kopi and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Suspension & Termination

99kopi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect or determine that:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account poses a fraud, money laundering, or identity risk.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• The User has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 11.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose 99kopi to regulatory or legal risk.

On closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) may be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification checks.

15. Amendments

99kopi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Users will be notified by a notice on the Platform or by electronic communication to the registered account email address, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" header at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision.

16. Governing Provisions

These Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary documents incorporated by reference herein (including bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gambling policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and 99kopi in respect of your use of the Platform, superseding all prior or contemporaneous representations, warranties, or understandings.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

No failure or delay by 99kopi in exercising any right under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right.
